With a degree in Public Health, over 13 years in healthcare, and extensive training across disciplines like yoga, group exercise, breathwork, meditation, and energetic healing, Sam balances soulful practice with studied expertise. Her work is progressive in spirit yet rooted in timeless traditions. This is not one-size-fits-all wellness. My work is clinically informed, deeply personalized, and grounded in both lived experience and over a decade in healthcare.
